Anita immediately went to work after we met to sign the paperwork for the listing. That same day she took amazing photos to put online. I loved her photos and the photographer's photos - great photos bring buyers over to the house. The house had several offers in no time at all, and by 15 days from first listing it, Anita had a signed contract. Her team members who work with her are very helpful. They offer to help you with utilities whether you're a buyer or seller, and remind you of things that need to be done in good time so all runs smoothly and there aren't any surprises come closing day. Anita is a shining star, she knows real estate, and has a wonderful outgoing personality which makes the whole process fun. I only wish I had met Anita years ago for other real estate purchases and sales. She also gets back with you about your questions asap. (She doesn't leave out there waiting in the cloud.) I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I give Anita 10 stars! She's the best realtor I've ever met!
