Dana was an absolutely phenomenal agent that helped us newbie home buyers survive an otherwise complicated process! We truly could not have successfully gone through this process without her. She advocated for us every step of the way and was a great source of knowledge, advice, kindness, and reassurance through two different offers. She was always available to answer our - I'm sure - sometimes exhausting amount of questions as first-time home buyers and it was very apparent she wanted to ensure we felt comfortable before moving forward with any decisions. Her experience as an agent shines through in her speed with communication with both us as buyers and the sellers we worked with, preparing important documents, and obvious knowledge of the local market. I have already recommended her to several of my friends!
