Anita is a top-notch real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a true advocate for her clients. She helped us purchase our home while we were stationed overseas. Despite the 14-hour time difference, Anita made herself available to help us in any manner necessary. She answered questions early in the morning and late at night in order to help with our home purchase. We could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Anita helping us purchase our new home. PROFESSIONAL!! We are so thankful for the previous reviews that outline how professional Anita is. She most definitely has a pulse on the market and thru her knowledge we were able to sell our home within 3 weeks well over asking price. In fact, within 3 days she accumulated 10 offers, all over asking price. She expertly led us thru the negotiation and selling process.
