Anita immediately went to work after we met to sign the paperwork for the listing. That same day she took amazing photos to put online. I loved her photos and the photographer's photos - great photos bring buyers over to the house. The house had several offers in no time at all, and by 15 days from first listing it, Anita had a signed contract. Her team members who work with her are very helpful. They offer to help you with utilities whether you're a buyer or seller, and remind you of things that need to be done in good time so all runs smoothly and there aren't any surprises come closing day. Anita is a shining star, she knows real estate, and has a wonderful outgoing personality which makes the whole process fun. I only wish I had met Anita years ago for other real estate purchases and sales. She also gets back with you about your questions asap. (She doesn't leave out there waiting in the cloud.) I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. I give Anita 10 stars! She's the best realtor I've ever met!

Anita has assisted me in 3 residential transactions in the last 6 months. I had a vacant lot in a popular golfing community that I decided to sell. I contacted Anita and it sold within a few days. I was looking for a home back in Pace to be closer to my family. I met her at the house and bought it. Next she listen my home in NE Pensacola wait Anita and she sold in 19 days. Dana was an absolutely phenomenal agent that helped us newbie home buyers survive an otherwise complicated process! We truly could not have successfully gone through this process without her. She advocated for us every step of the way and was a great source of knowledge, advice, kindness, and reassurance through two different offers. In the last 6 months I have sold a lot in a golf community in Pace, FL, bought a house in Pace, FL and sold a house in NE Pensacola. The lot and house in Pensacola I listed with Anita. Anita and her team made finding and negotiating for my first home a breeze! They worked tirelessly on my behalf and kept me in the loop on it all.
